Stay at our private Victorian sanctuary and take part in intensive one-to-one therapy, clinical workshops, and physical recovery support. This is the time to step back from noise, stabilise, and focus fully on your health.
Return home to real life where you can begin putting new strategies into practice. When you return, our team helps you review what worked, what felt hard, and what needs refining to ensure you see good progress each time you return.
